All content, software code, designs, databases, user interfaces, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of Evidenss Consulting LTD or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. Users are prohibited from the following:
- Reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code
- Use the Platform for unauthorised or unlawful purposes
1.4 Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Platform will be error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evidenss Consulting LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

We strive to maintain the availability of the Platform 24/7. However, we may perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades that temporarily affect availability. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or disruption arising from such maintenance activities.

2. Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern the subscription plans and paid services offered through the LinkSaudi platform, operated by Evidenss Consulting LTD. By purchasing any paid service or subscription, you agree to the terms below.
2.2 Subscription Plans and Pricing
LinkSaudi offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Limited access to platform features
- Silver Plan: $499/month or $4,999/year (annual subscription includes a discount)
- Gold Plan: $799/month or $7,999/year (annual subscription includes a discount)
Subscription fees are charged in USD, unless otherwise specified.
2.4 Expert Services
The following add-on services are available to all users:
60-Minute Expert Call: $299 per session
60-Minute Expert Call: $299 per session
- Silver subscribers receive a 10% discount
- Gold subscribers receive 1 free expert call per month, and a 15% discount on any additional calls
Hire an Expert (Consulting Packages):
- 5 Hours: $1,499
- 10 Hours: $2,999
- 20 Hours: $5,999
- Silver and Gold subscribers benefit from 10% and 15% discounts, respectively
3. Data Collection & Privacy
3.1 Data Collected
When using the Link Saudi platform, we collect and process the following types of data to provide our services:
- Personal Identification Data: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number
- Professional Information: Job Title, Company Name, Company Website
- Business-Related Information: Industry, compliance needs, market interests
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information
This data is collected when users create an account, book consultations, or use features like report generation and legal compliance tools.

Link Saudi integrates the following third-party services:
- Google Meet API – For scheduling and conducting expert video consultations
- Google Analytics – For tracking user behaviour and improving the platform
- Google Ads – For remarketing and tailored advertising
- Revolut Business API – For secure and streamlined payment processing
